For this recipe, we use delicate broccolini, but you can easily substitute in broccoli florets. This quiche is the perfect centerpiece for any brunch, lunch, or weeknight dinner!

  • ½ teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon chickpea miso or white miso
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
