  • • 1 inch piece ginger
  • • 4 garlic cloves
  • • 6-7 green chillies
  • • 12-15 pudina leaves
  • • A bunch of coriander leaves
  • • A pinch of saffron
  • • ¾ cup curd
  • • 4 fried onions
  • • 1 tbsp oil and ghee
  • • 1 Kg. Basmati Rice
  • • 2 Tbsp caraway seeds
  • • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • • A pinch of saffron
  • • Salt (to taste)
  • • 10 pudina leaves
  • • A bunch of coriander leaves
  • • Fried onion pieces
  • • 5 boiled eggs
  • • A handful of saffron milk
  • • ½ cup hot rice water
  • • 3-4 green chilies
