  • 400 milliliters water
  • 300g basmati rice, soaked for at least 20 minutes
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 200 grams caramelised onion
  • 20 grams fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 200 milliliters saffron-infused water
